Refund & Returns Policy

We want your dog to feel better. If Mallowbean is not the right fit, we make it easy to get your money back as store credit.

The 60-Day Promise

Give your dog one dropper a day, the way it is meant to be used. If you are not seeing that throat settle and those coughing fits ease off, email us any time within 60 days of delivery and we will issue store credit for the full value of your order.

Nothing to ship back. Keep the bottle. No forms, no explaining yourself.

Store credit arrives as a code you can spend on anything at mallowbean.com. It never expires and it can be used across more than one order.

The promise applies to your first order, 1 per household.

How It Works

Email info@mallowbean.com with the email address or order number used at checkout, and one line about how it went for your dog. That is all we need. We reply within 1 business day and send the credit code the same day we approve the request.

Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items

This is separate from the 60-day promise and it applies to every order, including subscription renewals.

If a bottle arrives leaking or broken, or the order is not what you ordered, email info@mallowbean.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the item and the packaging. We send a free replacement, or store credit for the full value if you prefer. No return needed.

Packages Marked Delivered But Not Received

Check with anyone else at the address and with your local carrier first, since packages often show up within 48 hours. If it still has not arrived, email us within 30 days of the delivery date and we will send a replacement at no cost.

Returns

We do not ask for returns. Because this is an ingestible product for dogs, opened bottles cannot be resold, so sending one back helps nobody. Approved requests are settled without a return shipment.

Do not send anything back before contacting us, since packages sent without prior approval cannot be processed.

Orders Not Yet Shipped

Orders leave our warehouse within 1 business day, so the window is short. Email info@mallowbean.com as soon as you can and we will cancel the order in full if it has not been handed to the carrier yet.

Subscriptions

You are in control of your subscription. Skip, reschedule, or cancel any time from your account, in a few clicks. No phone call, no email required.

We email you before every renewal so the charge is never a surprise.

Cancel before the renewal date and you are not charged. Once a renewal order has been placed, that order is final and is not eligible for a refund or store credit, so please cancel or skip ahead of the renewal date if you do not want the next bottle.

Renewal orders are still fully covered by the damaged, wrong, or missing items terms above.

Abuse of the Policy

The 60-day promise is built on trust and we honor it generously. We reserve the right to decline a request where there is evidence of abuse, such as repeated claims across multiple accounts or addresses.
